What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual with
- English & Maths A* -C grade or equivalent
- Experience of working with young people
- Has well‑developed ICT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications i.e. Word, Excell, Outlook, Teams etc
- Demonstrates effective communication skills (both orally and in writing), relevant to the audience and purpose.
- Understanding of behaviour policies and mechanisms to improve behaviour and maximise learning opportunities
- Proven experience of working in a school environment
