Salary: £12.60 per hour (This is £26,280 per annum. FTE is 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time.)

This role is truly special, as you will be providing person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities and Autism, allowing each to choose how they want to live their lives and enabling them to reach their full potential.
Main responsibilities:- Deliver person‑centred support that empowers individuals to take part in community activities and social events.
- Encourage independence with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful, trusting relationships.
- Promote choice, dignity and respect at all times.
- A nurturing, supportive and patient approach.
- Strong communication skills, being able to pick up on both verbal and non‑verbal cues.
- Shifts can either be long or short day shifts, possibly sleep‑ins and will involve every other weekend.
- You need to hold a full UK driving licence.
- New to social care – no problem, as we have excellent internal training for all support staff.
