About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our founder. This is a full-time, office-based position from our South Ascot home office, joining a small but ambitious team of three. The successful candidate will become the organisational hub of the business, ensuring every aspect of the founder’s professional life runs seamlessly while helping deliver an outstanding experience for clients. The role requires someone who is proactive rather than reactive, highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary and calendar management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Schedule meetings, interviews and media commitments
- Manage client appointments and personalised treatment schedules
- Liaise with leading surgeons, clinics and luxury brands
- Respond to client enquiries and ensure excellent client communication
- Prepare itineraries, documents and briefing notes
- Process expenses and maintain accurate company records
- Assist with planning and delivery of The Editor’s List Live, our flagship consumer event welcoming over 300 guests and over 30 leading brands each year
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office
- Anticipate the founder’s needs and keep operations running smoothly
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion
About You
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making other people’s lives easier. You’ll be naturally organised, positive and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
Essential
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrator
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Xero, Apple Mac
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable
- Experience working in luxury, beauty, wellness, healthcare or lifestyle sectors
- Event planning experience
- Social media or marketing knowledge
- CRM experience
- Interest in aesthetics, longevity, health or wellness
