We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our growing spa team. Reporting directly to the Head of Spa and Wellness, this role focuses on delivering exceptional treatments, maintaining the highest standards of service, and supporting the overall guest experience.

As a Spa Therapist, you will:
- Provide a range of facial and body treatments to hotel guests and external clients.
- Ensure each guest enjoys a professional, personalised, and relaxing experience.
- Support the spa team, assist with retail sales, and uphold the operational and hygiene standards of the spa.
This role is perfect for a motivated therapist with strong technical skills who enjoys working in a luxury spa environment and wants to contribute to a professional, team-focused culture.
A Day in the Life of a Spa Therapist:
- Deliver high-quality facial and body treatments according to brand and spa standards.
- Provide personalised guest care, ensuring treatments are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Promote and sell retail products and spa packages, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Support the Head of Spa and Wellness and senior team in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture, assisting colleagues when required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, complying with all relevant legislation.
- Support spa events, promotions, and workshops as required.
What We Need From You:
- Qualified to at least SVQ Level 3 Facial Treatment and Level 3 Body Massage (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or five-star hotel environment.
- Strong technical expertise in advanced facial and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about holistic wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Sales awareness with the ability to recommend and promote products.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
