We are The Edinburgh Catering Company, a creative and contemporary catering business based in Scotland's capital and operating across the UK and beyond. From our two purpose-built units in Edinburgh's South Gyle totalling over 10,000 sq ft and housing a state-of-the-art production kitchen and tasting room, our team of 30+ chefs, logistics professionals and hospitality experts deliver elevated food experiences with precision, passion and personality.

We're looking for a driven, organised, and highly skilled Head Chef to take charge of a kitchen that's busy, creative, and relentlessly focused on quality. You'll be leading a talented team who care deeply about consistency, standards, and pushing themselves every service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running a fast-paced kitchen with confidence and calm
  • Leading a team of skilled chefs who take pride in their craft
  • Designing creative, seasonal menus
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
  • Managing stock, ordering and kitchen systems
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety and allergen procedures
