The Edinburgh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to work in our prep kitchen and onsite at events. Our large, modern kitchen is located at South Gyle. We deliver food from here, and work at venues across Edinburgh, Glasgow, East Lothian, Borders and Fife. We are currently looking to grow our kitchen brigade and are looking for a Chef de Partie who has a minimum of four years kitchen experience and is looking to take their career to the next level. Joining a great team delivering excellent food and customer service to a wide range of clients. We are close to bus and tram links and parking is available.
Pay and Benefits:

Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, we are looking for you to follow instruction but also be confident to take on your own tasks and work independently when required. There is plenty of room for your career to grow with us. We provide great food to prestigious offices through the week, cater weddings, deliver our on-site made products and work on some amazing events and award shows throughout the year. There is plenty of variety to get stuck into and a great chance to develop your skills and push your career on.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years professional cooking experience.
- Full training given on all aspects of Food Safety and Health and Safety.
- Be hardworking and a team-player.
- Motivated to deliver the best they can and taking pride in their work.
- Experience across all sections is desirable.
- Our work can be fast paced.
- Flexibility around working days and hours.
- Driver Licence is desirable although not essential.
