From our two purpose-built units in Edinburgh's South Gyle totalling over 10,000 sq ft and housing a state-of-the-art production kitchen and tasting room, our team of 30+ chefs, logistics professionals and hospitality experts deliver elevated food experiences with precision, passion and personality.
The Role involves leading a section in our kitchen, from reviewing business requirements, ordering, creating work schedules to leading from the front getting the prep ready and delivering events on site. This is a wide-ranging and hugely rewarding role working with a team of dedicated professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising weekly workflows
- Supplier relations, product knowledge and ordering
- Training and mentoring junior team members
- Meeting delivery schedules
- Leading teams on site delivering great events
- Maintaining consistently high standards
- Working closely with senior team members on menu development
- Manage Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations
Who We Need:
