Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead a team of Sales Executives while owning the performance of our internal sales operation. You will oversee lead management, pipeline performance, customer follow-up, referral generation and existing customer growth, ensuring every opportunity is maximised and every customer receives an exceptional experience.

You'll play a key role in helping us achieve our next stage of growth by:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Sales Performance
  • Managing the full internal sales pipeline through Pipedrive
  • Monitoring conversion performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Driving lead-to-sale conversion across multiple product lines
  • Using Data to Drive Decisions
  • Producing meaningful sales reports and performance insights
  • Monitoring KPIs, pipeline health and CRM compliance
  • Identifying trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for growth
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis

You'll be an experienced sales leader with a passion for coaching people and delivering results. You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where performance, customer experience and continuous improvement are equally important.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading or managing a sales team
  • Strong track record of achieving and improving sales performance
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms

You'll work alongside a leadership team committed to investing in people, developing talent and building a business that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of. You'll have genuine influence, the opportunity to shape how the sales function operates, and a clear pathway for future career progression as the business continues to grow.

We care about our customers, our colleagues and the communities we serve. We never compromise on safety, quality or doing the right thing. If you're a driven sales leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and making a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
