Residential Counselors positions available in the communities of Bedford, Belmont, Waltham and Woburn with weekly guaranteed hours and set schedules for both full-time and part-time roles. The pay starts at $20.20 per hour.

As a Residential Counselor at The Edinburg Center, you will work with people who have psychiatric disabilities in their home and community. Be part of one of our group living environment teams and watch both residents and staff grow!

Who You Are: A smart, hard-working person with an interest in serving people with mental health challenges in the community. Ideally, you will have experience in community-based psychiatric rehabilitation, but we are willing to train and support the right person. The services you deliver will be individualized to each person’s strengths and needs. You will be committed to delivering trauma-informed services which are evidence-based. You should be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word or be willing to become so within three months of hire. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification must be obtained within three months of hire.

Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals with a forty-year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and autism in the community. Our staff of 350 have a range of interests and skills.
