Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $83,803

The Edinburg Center is always looking for talented people to join our team. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) enjoy a competitive salary and an amazing benefits package including 3 weeks of vacation, 12 paid holidays, 12 paid sick days, and 3 personal days. You enjoy partnering with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans that promote independence, improve functioning, and strengthen family relationships.

Qualifications Include:

β€’ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required

β€’ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts required

β€’ Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)

β€’ Experience working with youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges

β€’ Strong written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

β€’ Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

β€’ Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation required

β€’ Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply

What You Will Do:

β€’ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments to identify the function of challenging behaviors

β€’ Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and measurable behavioral goals using Applied Behavior Analysis principles

β€’ Design skill acquisition programs and monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis

β€’ Collaborate closely with youth, families, Clinicians, Outreach Counselors, and other members of the treatment team

β€’ Train caregivers and team members to effectively implement behavior support strategies through modeling, coaching, role play, and feedback

β€’ Create practical data collection systems that support treatment fidelity across caregivers and providers

β€’ Maintain accurate documentation and utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) in accordance with agency and regulatory standards

β€’ Participate in treatment planning meetings, daily team meetings, supervision, and on call rotation

β€’ Engage in case management activities as needed to support continuity of care

β€’ Maintain professional certification and licensure while participating in ongoing professional development opportunities

The DCF Support and Stabilization Program is part of The Edinburg Center's Children's Mental Health Services Division. Our multidisciplinary team partners with youth and families to provide individualized, community-based behavioral health services that promote safety, stability, and long-term success.

Through collaboration with families, clinicians, and community providers, our BCBAs play a vital role in helping children develop meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and strengthen their ability to thrive at home, in school, and throughout their communities.

The Edinburg Center has more than forty years of experience providing innovative behavioral health services to individuals living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, and other complex needs throughout Massachusetts.
