The Edinburg Center is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) to join our DCF Support & Stabilization Services team! Who You Are:

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Experience developing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Experience working with youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
  • Bilingual or bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply

What You Will Do:

As a BCBA on our DCF Support & Stabilization Services team, you'll play a key role in helping youth and families develop positive behavioral strategies that promote long-term success.

You'll:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skill assessments
  • Design individualized Behavior Support Plans and measurable treatment goals
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
  • Teach caregivers behavioral strategies through coaching, modeling, role play, and feedback
  • Train treatment team members and community providers to ensure consistency across environments
  • Collaborate with youth, families, clinicians, and community partners
  • Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, supervision, and on call responsibilities
  • Continue growing professionally through trainings, workshops, and collaboration with colleagues
