They’re now searching for a driven Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality, someone who thrives on opening doors, creating new relationships, and winning business in a fast growing, competitive market. Focussing on securing new partnerships with OEMs, manufacturers, and organisations deploying EV charging at scale. This is a field based role with full autonomy across the UK.
Responsibilities- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across a range of organisations including car OEMs, energy retailers, fleet operators and house builders.
- Build strong, long term relationships through a consultative and solution led approach.
- Present and position the company’s EV charging solutions to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver accurate, scalable solutions.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in a hunter role.
- Background in EV charging, CleanTech or energy is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, ambitious approach with the drive to win new business.
- Comfortable with a field-based role and regular travel across the UK.
