About the Role:
We\'re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Front of House team member to join our busy and friendly venue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being a key part of a smooth-running team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Running food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
· Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between guests
· Restocking service areas with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments
· Assisting with washing up and keeping the front-of-house areas clean and tidy
· Providing friendly, helpful service to customers at all times
· Supporting the team with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
· Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
· Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not essential — training will be provided
