We're partnering with a fast-growing beauty brand that's experiencing exciting international growth. As they continue to expand their product portfolio and enter new markets, they're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to take ownership of cosmetic compliance and play a key role in supporting future product launches. This is an opportunity to become the regulatory expert within the business, working closely with product development, purchasing, marketing and operations to ensure products meet UK, EU, US and international regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing cosmetic regulatory compliance across the product portfolio
  • Maintaining Product Information Files (PIFs) and coordinating Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs)
  • Managing UK SCPN, EU CPNP and relevant US regulatory submissions
  • Reviewing formulations, packaging and product claims for compliance
  • Supporting new product launches and international expansion
  • Working with manufacturers and external regulatory partners to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance

What you'll bring:

  • Commercial experience within cosmetic regulatory affairs
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU cosmetic legislation, with exposure to MoCRA/FDA requirements advantageous
  • Experience managing PIFs, CPSRs and cosmetic product notifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
