We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to join a market-leading DTC eCommerce brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Following significant recent investment and international expansion, the business is scaling quickly towards £20m+ revenue. They are a best-selling brand within their category in the UK, with big ambitions and a strong test-and-learn culture.
This isn’t a “just design” role. We’re looking for someone who will own the digital experience end-to-end, bringing ideas, challenging thinking, and constantly pushing performance. You’ll work closely with the Founder and wider team to shape direction, while still being hands-on in the detail.
You’ll be:
- Designing across the full eCommerce journey (from landing pages to checkout)
- Driving CRO and experimentation, using data to inform decisions
- Evolving and scaling a design system
- Bringing new ideas (including AI) to improve experience and performance
- Collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality execution
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has built their career in eCommerce / DTC environments
- Has seen (and contributed to) aggressive growth
- Is as comfortable setting direction as they are in the weeds
- Naturally brings ideas, challenges thinking, and takes ownership
- Has strong UI skills and experience with tools like Figma
As the business continues to scale, this role has the scope to grow into something much bigger. If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely shape, build, and have impact - this is it.
