We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand at a pivotal stage of growth.
The business has strong traction and is now looking for someone to take full ownership of digital marketing, someone who can set direction, execute hands-on, and build structure as they go. This isn’t a channel-specific role. You’ll be responsible for the full digital strategy across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok), retention (email/CRM), and SEO, with a focus on scaling efficiently, not just increasing spend.
You’ll be:
- Owning and executing the digital marketing strategy end-to-end
- Running and optimising paid campaigns across key channels
- Building and improving retention (email/CRM) to drive LTV
- Developing SEO and organic growth as a core channel
- Using data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a DTC / eCommerce environment
- Is hands-on and comfortable “doing the do”
- Has a strong paid media background, but thinks beyond channels
- Understands how to scale efficiently, not just spend more
- Thrives in a fast-moving, less structured environment
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role with real ownership, where you’ll shape the strategy and have a direct impact on growth.
