Join a fast-growing HR tech business shaping the future of global mobility. We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused People Manager to join our growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a visible role in building a high-performing, people-first culture within an ambitious HR tech business.
You’ll work closely with our Chief People Officer while taking ownership of day-to-day People Operations across the business. From onboarding and employee support to payroll coordination, ER matters, HR systems, and process improvement — you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone already operating at People Advisor level and ready to step into a broader management role, or an experienced People Manager who enjoys being hands-on in a scaling business. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with scope for extension or transition to a permanent role. You’ll also gain valuable international exposure, supporting employees and operations across multiple regions including the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Ireland, and the US.

RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day HR operations across the business
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries via the HR inbox
- Supporting employees with policies, processes, benefits, and general people queries
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions, and smooth offboarding experiences
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Owning and maintaining our HRIS, HiBob, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Producing HR reporting and monthly people metrics for leadership and Board review
- Supporting managers with day-to-day people matters and documentation
- Assisting with employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, and meeting coordination
- Coordinating monthly payroll in partnership with Finance across multiple entities
- Managing benefits administration including enrolments and changes
- Supporting governance and compliance activities across the People function
- Managing purchase orders and approvals through ApprovalMax
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a People/HR role within a fast-paced startup, scaleup, or growing business
- Experience working within a small or lean People team
- Strong hands-on experience using HiBob (essential)
- Solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and core people processes
- Experience supporting payroll processes alongside Finance
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting in a changing environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and be self-sufficient
- Interest in or exposure to international HR operations / multi-country environments
- You take initiative and enjoy being hands-on
- You bring calm, structure, and organisation to a growing environment
