About this Role
The Teaching and Learning Supervisor plays a vitalrole in ensuring that learning continues uninterrupted in the absence of theclassroom teacher. This role is centred on maintaining high standards ofbehaviour, engagement and learning, delivering pre-prepared lessonseffectively, and ensuring that pupils remain focused, safe and supported throughoutthe school day. The successful candidate will contribute to an environmentwhere pupils are expected to achieve their best, demonstrate positive attitudesto learning and uphold the values of the academy.
