We are looking for an individual to provide administrative support to the Customer Services front facing team, as part of the Customer Services Administration and Training Team, the role is responsible for various administrative duties such as refunds, abandoned payments, CS mailbox, ECC and FAQ’s, and resource bookings etc.

You will have demonstratable work experience within a Customer Services Team and be able to work under pressure with a high attention to detail. You will have experience in using and applying IT systems/ office software and have quick and accurate keyboard skills.
4 GSCE’s or equivalent including English and Maths are essential in this role and you must have excellent written communication skills.
