This role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the academy’s data, assessment, exams, and timetabling functions. You will lead a skilled Data Team to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful information that supports whole-school improvement, ensuring systems and processes are robust, efficient, and compliant with statutory and awarding body requirements. You should be a confident communicator and problem-solver, able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and support colleagues across the organisation to use systems effectively. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement are vital, along with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
