We're looking for German speaking Summer Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team at The Early Careers Company (ECC) for a 3-month paid internship this summer! You'll be part of a fast-growing mission-driven business committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young people from low-income backgrounds. You'll work alongside a passionate and thoughtful team to deliver recruitment projects that change lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the core foundations of talent acquisition, candidate experience, and stakeholder engagement—while building the kind of skills that set you up for long-term success in the world of people, talent, and business.

What you'll do during the internship:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Work with project teams to identify and reach out to early-career talent, often individuals with little or no previous work experience.
  • Interview Process Support: Guide candidates through client hiring processes – from preparation to post-interview feedback, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with client delivery teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Impact-Driven Work: Play a hands-on role in helping thousands of young people access career-starting roles with top employers.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German
  • Empathetic and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

  • Fluent in German
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Available to work full-time in office in Angel, from July to September
