Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential prospects through networking, cold outreach, and various other sales methods. Qualifying and nurturing leads to develop a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct presentations, demos, and initial meetings to showcase product value. Schedule and set up meetings for senior sales team members as needed. Negotiate contract terms to provide a win-win solution for both the client and the organisation. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by the senior leadership team (SLT). Collaborate effectively within the team and with cross-functional departments to achieve goals. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role. Industry-specific experience is a plus, but not required. Self-motivated and proactive in closing deals independently. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player who can also work independently when needed.
