As a Sales Development Representative on the Membership Development team, you’ll be responsible for connecting with senior leaders at some of the world’s most influential companies. In this role, you will engage directly with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organisations, helping initiate conversations that influence major business decisions.
You’ll develop the skills to build strong professional relationships, utilise modern sales and lead generation tools, and gain confidence speaking with senior decision-makers about solutions that support innovation and growth across industries. Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with C‑suite executives through strategic multi‑channel outreach (telephone, email, and LinkedIn).
- Drive pipeline growth by consistently scheduling qualified sales meetings for the new business development team.
- Conduct market research to identify and target high‑potential accounts and contacts aligned with the organisation’s value proposition.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy by updating and enriching prospect and account information within the CRM system.
- Support Sales Directors by preparing pre‑call research, capturing detailed notes during sales conversations, and assisting with follow‑up actions.
