About The Ladder Group
At The Ladder Group, we believe in creating incredible careers for everyone. That’s our purpose that drives our work across our organisations – two companies and a charity that focus on early careers and social mobility. We’re an energetic, young and growing team with ambitious growth plans. Our people thrive on collaboration, working hard and having fun whilst doing it!
The Early Careers Company
ECC is the largest of The Ladder Group\’s organisations.
- Talent Acquisition, through our On Demand and Equitable RPO services.
- Early Careers Consulting, where we help clients design, build and implement world-class early careers infrastructure – ranging from campus strategies to diversity-focused internships.

The Associate Role
The Associate role is a key member of the ECC team – and the first step on the ladder that takes members of the team from a junior-level hire, right up to Director.

- Supporting candidates through client interview processes, preparing them for interviews and supporting them to be successful
- Managing hiring processes to create a fantastic experience for the businesses we work with, and our candidates.
- Executing the delivery of early careers consulting projects including quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, analysis and interpretation
- Conducting market analysis for our clients’ industries across multiple geographies
