Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? Do you have the skills to inspire, motivate, and guide students through their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic School Learning Mentor to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

In this role, you will work closely with students, staff, and families to help overcome barriers to learning and promote emotional wellbeing and academic success. The role will support the pastoral team ensuring that both vulnerable and young people are supported throughout their time in school, working in partnership with Form Tutors and Teaching Staff.

To be considered for this role, successful candidates will need to have extensive experience providing pastoral support to students and a track record of delivering behaviour interventions.
