Partime Receptionist and administration assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Utilise Google Suite to create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:
