Responsibilities

  • Accurate administration and completion of all required administration tasks.
  • Collation, preparation and distribution of management reports as required.
  • Organise and prioritise maintenance issues and maintain the site maintenance schedule.
  • Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports.
  • Ensure Road compliance information and records are up to date and compliant with legislation and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure relevant systems and databases are up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines.
  • Act as an effective communications link and reliable source of information for others.
  • Provide support to the day operations team through support in times of sickness/holiday.
  • Ensure office supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly.
  • Reports are delivered accurately and in line with deadlines and meet departmental requirements.

Ideal Requirements

  • Route planning experience (ideally with Truck Stops).
  • FLT Licence.
