We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our UK HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end hiring processes and delivering a smooth, engaging colleague experience.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you’ll support multiple UK brands, working closely with managers and the wider HR team.
Key Duties:- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintaining HR systems and recruitment data (Workday experience ideal)
- Producing HR and recruitment reports and insights
- Supporting managers with day-to-day people processes
- HR administration & operations
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in HR with recruitment/onboarding focus
- CIPD qualified, working towards, or qualified through experience
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
