Neighbourly UK is looking for a Franchise Sales Executive to support the growth of two of our leading brands, Drain Doctor and Countrywide Grounds Maintenance.
As the world's largest parent company of home service brands, Neighbourly operates a network of over 330 franchise locations across the UK. We're seeking an energetic, target-driven individual to help identify, engage, and convert high-quality franchise candidates as we continue our growth journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound franchise sales enquiries.
- Guide prospects through the full franchise recruitment journey.
- Build strong relationships with potential franchisees.
- Qualify candidates and assess suitability for franchise ownership.
- Deliver engaging presentations and support discovery events.
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline and accurate records.
- Discuss franchise investment opportunities, business plans, and financial forecasts.
- Achieve recruitment and conversion targets.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or franchise sales.
A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence discussing financial information.
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Franchise sector experience is desirable but not essential.
