*About the Role*
As a Ventilation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems designed to control condensation and prevent mould growth. You will work on-site across occupied properties, both independently and as part of a wider team, supporting our housing and local authority clients.
This role suits a skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working to a high standard, and contributing to healthier living environments.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems * Fault finding and diagnosing airflow, humidity, and ventilation issues * Ensuring all electrical and ventilation works comply with current regulations * Working safely and professionally in occupied properties * Communicating clearly with residents, colleagues, and management * Completing job documentation accurately and on time
*Requirements*
Essential:
* Full UK Driving Licence * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Minimum Level 2 Electrical Qualification * Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
