This role offers a long‑term career within the ventilation and indoor air quality sector, with ongoing training and development to become a fully trained Ventilation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of domestic and whole‑house ventilation systems
  • Support engineers in servicing, maintenance, and commissioning works
  • Diagnose ventilation, airflow, and humidity‑related issues
  • Assist with electrical connections and testing of ventilation equipment
  • Use tools and equipment safely, including core drilling equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed to company standards and current regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in occupied properties
  • Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues
  • Complete job documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in training and development programmes to progress within the business

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation or Level 2 Electrical Qualification
