This role can be based in Amsterdam or Edinburgh. We’re expanding our Product team as part of our Fast Track to the Future digital transformation programme, and we’re looking for talented people to help shape the next generation of our platforms and services. We’re hiring a Senior Product Owner for 12 months, offering the chance to make a real impact at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our transformation, solving complex problems and delivering products that reach millions of players across the Postcode Lottery Group.
What We're Looking For:
- Product Owners with strong experience in CRM product development and optimisation
- Largescale enterprise CRM implementations, ideally in complex, multi-market environments
- Driving end to end CRM capability improvements, including customer journeys, segmentation, automation and personalisation
- Working closely with technical teams to deliver CRM integrations, data flows and platform enhancements
- Salesforce experience would be a strong advantage
This is what you will do:
- Determine the priorities of the team, lead the refinement sessions, create a roadmap for the short and medium term and are (partly) responsible for determining the objectives and reporting on them
- Represent the interests of the customer and maintain contact with the stakeholders, managing expectations from both sides
- Develop a vision for your software product within the framework of the organisation and make sure that the highest value product is created
- Plan and organise the work and is in contact with other product owners to agree on dependencies
- Together with the team you make sure that the business needs are integrated in the software product in a sustainable way
Your qualities:
- Business and/or technical masters degree desirable but not essential
- Significant experience with product and/or project management in complex / ambiguous fields
- Experience working with and managing Agile/Scrum projects
- Understanding how requirements translate to technical solutions
- Prior experience delivering high profile software, web or eCommerce projects in international teams
- You build bridges, can easily switch between different stakeholders and inspire your team members
