The Dusty Knuckle in London is opening a brand-new cafe on Blackstock Road this November, offering a front-of-house supervisory role with real scope to grow into site management. You will help shape culture, standards and service from day one, while learning the commercial side of running a busy cafe and bakery operation.
You will lead shifts, support recruitment and staff development, and work closely with the GM to drive excellent customer service and consistent performance across the team.
