The Durham Diocesan Board of Finance is inviting applications for experienced parish priests to serve as Interim Change Ministers. The posts are funded for a minimum of seven years and are designed to equip PCCs and congregations to meet barriers to growth and change.
Successful candidates will be employed by the DDBF and act as SSM Priest in Charge of their placed parishes, fulfilling ordinary duties and ensuring a solid platform for the arrival of new ministers.
