As Activation Manager, you will be the face, voice and energy of the brand within the UK on‑trade, with a clear focus on training, activation, content creation and bringing the Duppy Daiquiri to life. This role is not sales‑led. Instead, it is designed to build bartender advocacy, cultural relevance and brand visibility through high‑impact training, competitions, events and on‑trade activation. You will work closely with the Duppy marketing team, Duppy commercial team and Proof sales teams to ensure Duppy shows up powerfully and consistently in venues nationwide.

Who You Are
- Driving Licence and ability to drive a Luton Van
- 2–4 years’ experience in on‑trade, brand activation, content or ambassadorial roles.
- Confident delivering training and speaking to groups in hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of bar culture, drinks trends and the UK on‑trade.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple activations.
- Confident capturing high‑quality photo and video content (Phone essential; DSLR desirable).

- Comfortable behind the bar, behind the camera and in front of a room.
