We are looking for a motivated and detail‑focused Finance Assistant who takes pride in their work and plays a vital role in supporting the Trust’s day‑to‑day financial operations. You will join a supportive, collaborative and values‑driven team, working across our schools and central services.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Supports the smooth running of financial processes, including invoices, payments and reconciliations, with accuracy and care
  • Keeps financial records up to date and organised, using strong ICT skills and attention to detail
  • Responds promptly to queries, supporting colleagues, schools and suppliers in a professional and approachable way
  • Works collaboratively within the finance team and across the Trust, building positive working relationships
  • Supports key finance tasks such as reporting, audits and maintaining accurate records
  • Takes a proactive, “can do” approach, helping to improve processes and support wider Trust priorities
