Fancy working across two landmark London attractions, interacting with our guests either on their journey to Far Far Away to find Shrek or on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off? As a Ride Supervisor, you’ll manage the day-to-day operational running of the department ensuring to maximise ride throughput and operational efficiency. You will need to motivate your team to ensure they deliver memorable experiences to our guests, whilst upholding high standards in safety. Working here feels pretty outstanding and our rides team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best and is health and safety focused. Health and Safety is our top priority so you will ensure the team are trained to the highest levels within their roles. This is a 10-month fixed term, full-time role, based upon working at least 30 hours per week. This will include weekends and bank holidays. Our attractions are open daily and so flexibility is needed and due to the increased health and safety element, we do require applicants to be aged 18 or over.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Someone with a genuine desire to promote exceptional customer service and memorable experiences
  • The ability to create a motivational environment
  • The ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with ride operations or similar guest-facing operational roles
  • Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor from within a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment would be beneficial
