About the role
You’ll join the Marketplace and Digital Partnerships team, an area of significant growth and focus for the business. This role is responsible for the management of product information between Dune London and the Digital Concession and Marketplace partners, ensuring continued success by providing both timely and quality content to our range of Digital business partners. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple functions across the business, contribute towards key trading decisions and develop your skillset within the Ecommerce environment.
- Building and developing relationships with Digital third party partners being day to day contact for partner communication and queries.
- Responsible for sending all product imagery and data to digital third party partners, owning the concession trackers to ensure all products are live on the relevant channels
- Conduct weekly reviews of partner websites to identify and collate any errors or areas that need improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly trade reporting for the Digital third party channels
- Support with day-to-day trading of the channels, regularly tracking sales and forecasts to analyse performance and proactively take action and highlight any opportunities.
- Adhoc analysis and deep dives on weekly/monthly trade and performance.
- Asset management, ensuring all digital assets are collated ahead of launches and banners are briefed in ahead of seasonal changeouts and promotions
- Assist with the onboarding of new channels and maintain strong relationships with each of the existing partners
About you
What we need from you:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- A keen interest in learning and growing your skillset within the Ecommerce environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving processes
- A keen eye for detail to spot any inaccuracies in product listings
- Good analytical skills to support with key trading decisions and drive performance
- Strong communication skills to efficiently liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and resolve any issues impacting trade
