About the role
As Dune moves into an exciting new phase of growth, the focus is on reinvigorating the brand by bringing to the surface all the brand values and USPs through considered strategies that highlight these in a modern way. As recognition of this, the department is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and highly creative individual to join our Marketing team as Midweight Designer.
About you
- Design sensibility: A strong understanding of layout, typography, and restraint, knowing when to let simplicity speak.
- Purposeful creativity: You bridge functionality with feeling, bringing warmth and intent to every visual.
- Brand cohesion: You can think holistically, ensuring consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Attention to detail: Confident in execution, with appreciation for craft, print, and presentation.
- Commercial awareness: You balance creativity with business objectives to design work that connects and performs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver weekly marketing emails aligned to the marketing calendar, trading needs, and brand pillars.
- Translate weekly commercial and brand messages into consistent, engaging web assets (homepages, banners, content spots, landing pages).
- Ensure partner retailers’ assets meet brand standards and creative direction.
- Own and curate the organic social feed, producing inspiring, on‑brand content across platforms.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing to create high‑impact paid assets that balance best practice, performance insights, and brand handwriting.
- Support key creative projects such as redesigning trigger/transactional emails, website refreshes, and printed materials including look books and event assets.
- Coordinate all retail and in‑store marketing assets, supporting seasonal VM direction and message rollout.
- Contribute to seasonal campaign development, Creative 360 direction, and team brainstorming sessions.
- Stay on top of creative trends, exploring AI and process efficiencies to elevate creative output.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite confidently (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with the flexibility to use Canva as needed; experience in fast‑paced fashion/beauty/creative environments is preferred.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in fast paced fashion, beauty, or creative studio environments is preferred.
- Competent working in print, digital.
- Able to work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign + After Effects), with flexibility to use Canva when needed.
