The Dune Group is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hardworking Marketing Coordinator to join its busy marketing team. An established fashion brand with thirty years in the industry, this is an exciting and dynamic role spanning all areas of marketing communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience across a broad remit, supporting the team on campaign planning, digital marketing and CRM, retail marketing and more. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate marketing communications for UK partners, stores, website, and email campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Production teams.
- Maintain and circulate Marketing Calendars to ensure alignment across the business.
- Brief and deliver tactical assets for partners, collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketplace teams to confirm product availability.
- Support homepage and email briefs, ensuring product accuracy with Buying and E-Commerce teams.
- Assist in creating and managing store communications to inform retail teams of marketing activity.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, producing regular reports and conducting comp shops.
- Support in-house photoshoots, including sample management and on-the-day assistance.
- Help organize and deliver in-store events and activations, and report on their success.
- Provide administrative support, including presentations, shoot documents, and reports.
- Assist social media team by uploading content assets to the central platform for international partner access.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Graduate calibre with a proven interest in marketing, retail and fashion.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or related role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work across several projects at any one time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers at all levels.
- Good writing skills, use of language and grammar.
- A team player, self-starter and creative thinker with lots of ideas.
- Experience collaborating with third-party retail partners (e.g., John Lewis, Next, Zalando) - preferred but not essential.
