Join our Buying team and play a pivotal role in keeping product flow smooth and fast through exceptional administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support the Buyer and Assistant Buyer on a day to day basis with administration duties.
- Raise Purchase Orders numbers and ensure consistent communication across the team.
- Monitor delivery status, liaising with suppliers and the merchandising team to organise delivery within agreed deadlines in line with critical path.
- Ensure all samples are chased, managed, labelled and in the correct location.
- Manage all fit stages in line with the critical path and update system where appropriate.
- Support with showroom set-up and ensure all samples are available.
- Keep up to date with current and future trends to assist with mood boards for new ranges and be aware of our competitor activity.
- 1 year experience in a BA role
- A passion for Buying and footwear
- Excellent time management skills

- A related degree or experience within a similar retailer is desired but not essential.
