About the role
Join us as a key driver of growth and performance in our Outlet business. Working closely with the Head of Retail and Senior Area Manager, you’ll lead and inspire and support Managers to exceed sales and profit targets across all sites.
Your role will focus on:
- Proactively grow our Outlet’s business through strategic partner relationships and future‑focused opportunities.
- Empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain top‑tier retail standards.
- Strategic influence: Spend time at CSO shaping trading decisions and driving business success.
- High‑impact store visits across UK & ROI: Prioritise flagship sites and partner with Support Managers to strengthen host relationships.

1 year Maternity Cover position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Area sales performance to its full potential and deliver in line and over agreed budgets.
- Ensure Area costs are managed within agreed budget levels and all KPI’s are delivered.
- Creatively and proactively influence all stores in the area with a combination of visits and communication from a distance using all technology on hand.
- Monitor competitor activity within the area and liaise with the Senior Area Manager bringing current product or trading information to them, making recommendations and suggesting action.
- Skillfully use all data tools and systems to understand area performance and steer actions on your area, share success with your Area Management team/ the Senior Area Manager.
- Set OneStock expectations and lead the area in successful Omni trade.
People
- Initiate all Brand strategies throughout the area and measure how these are translated into actions and behaviours in store.
- Implement a continuous effective recruitment and succession plan within the Area.
- Drive BSG on the area to ensure service and standards reflect the Dune experience.
- Plan and own your continuous development in addition to that provided by the company.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with fellow Area Managers, key members of the CSO team and internal and external stakeholders and ensure all working relationships are effective.
Brand & Product
- Create a culture for on the area for communicating product and range feedback.
- Work with the Area Management team to provide consistent and valuable feedback for the Senior Area Manager to provide the buying and merch team.

- A sound understanding of all financial information with the ability to interpret and action change.
- Demonstrates excellent commercial & visual standards.
