Dune London is looking for a strong analytical manager to lead the governance, quality and lifecycle of critical master data (products, suppliers, pricing, locations) to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data across systems and business processes. This role will enable commercial, supply chain, finance and analytics teams to make reliable decisions by establishing standards, processes, and tools for master data management (MDM).

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the master data governance framework, policies, standards, and naming conventions.
  • Own the full product master data lifecycle, ensuring accurate product attributes across all digital channels.
  • Manage supplier, product, pricing, and location master data processes, structures, and hierarchies.
  • Lead data quality initiatives including profiling, validation, exception handling, deduplication, and remediation.
  • Implement and operate MDM, PIM, and data catalogue solutions, integrating master data across ERP, e‑commerce, PLM, BI, and third‑party systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stewardship models, report on data KPIs, support migrations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Experience / Skills Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in master data management, data governance, product data, PIM or related roles
  • Hands‑on experience with MDM/PIM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM), or strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, taxonomy, classification (e.g., GS1, industry taxonomies), and data quality techniques
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management and project delivery experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and process orientation

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in retail, fashion, manufacturing or CPG with complex product and SKU structures
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and digital asset management (DAM) integration
