About the role
Accountable for day-to-day partner operations, order management, go-to-market setup and data accuracy across all franchise markets, acting as a key enabler of service excellence, revenue protection and efficient execution. Responsible for end to end order process from initial set up to receipt into market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First-line support for franchise partner operational queries, managing responses in line with agreed SLAs.
- Support seasonal go-to-market readiness including NuORDER setup, pricing, and additional collateral as appropriate.
- Accurately process and monitor franchise orders, highlighting any issues and sharing analysis as required.
- Manage communication regarding orderbook changes, amendments and cancellations, working with line manager to ensure decisions in line with commercial and contractual needs.
- Manage franchise dispatch process in line with agreed budgets to deliver invoice sales and timely delivery, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Prepare data, reports and materials for internal and partner meetings, and attend partner calls capturing actions and follow ups.
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation, flagging inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics/DC, Finance, Buying and Merchandising teams.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in a global operations or merchandising role.
- Customer and delivery focused approach, ability to communicate professionally with external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Eager to learn and develop wholesale operations expertise.
- Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Clear written & verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of NuORDER or B"B wholesale platforms - desired, not essential.
- Experience working with logistics, DC or retail systems - desired, not essential.
