About the role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst, responsible for analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into functional requirements. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Document functional/non‐functional requirements and produce BRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and digital solutions.
- Work with IT and development teams to translate requirements into system designs and support testing/UAT.
- Communicate effectively between business and technical teams, presenting insights and ensuring project alignment.
- Analyse data, create reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support informed decision‐making.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.
