About the role
Working under the guidance of the Head of Marketplace & Digital Partnerships this is an exciting role for an experienced Junior Web merchandiser to be pivotal in driving the Marketplace & Digital Partnerships department strategy and growth plans.

About you
- The role requires someone who wants to grow to be a strategic influence within the business and is able to challenge and grow sales working with our Host Partners and our Dune London Website.
- Management of Specific reporting ensuring consistent and accurate reports to support business needs.
- Analysis of each Website (Partners and internal Website) sales & profit to maximise potential.
- Responsible for accurately forecasting sales, highlighting performance v’s plans, and finding key insights.
- Drive Sales by identifying performance trends, risks and opportunities and providing feedback to the Head of Marketplace & Digital Partnerships and liaising with product merchandise teams.
- Provide Analysis and feedback stock opportunities across brands, each website and product areas and influence the allocation strategy accordingly liaising with the core product merchandising teams.
- Provide and analyse commercial information relating to the business.
- Manage effectively planning sales & markdown strategies.
- Assist with seasonal planning.
- Liaising with our partners regarding any stock and sales issues.
- Liaising with other departments such as retail, finance & distribution to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Regular communication with Partners, attending trade calls & meetings
- Drive Sales by being aware of and helping with Events planning – (promotions, Christmas etc)
- Planning new Web store stock packages tailored to individual requirements to maximise sales, providing a positive representation of the brand or brands.
- Work with technical team to onboard new partners.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 2 years minimum experience required
- Experience in a retail or online merchandising environment. Ideally experience working with multiple partners
- High levels of numeracy and commercial drive.
- Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions.
- Inquisitive, analytical mind and strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excel knowledge to an intermediate/advanced level
