About the role
We are looking for a confident and passionate team member to join our Digital Team reporting to our E-commerce Trading Manager. This role will manage the visual presentation of products on an online store. The role will also ensure product pages, category pages, and promotions are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized to improve the customer shopping experience and increase online sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
- Organize and update product displays on the website, including category pages, landing pages, and promotional banners.
- Work with product, marketing, and design teams to create engaging digital content.
- Ensure product images, descriptions, and layouts follow brand standards and guidelines.
- Manage homepage features, seasonal campaigns, and promotional placements.
- Analyze website performance data to optimize product placement and merchandising strategies.
- Use A/B testing and analytics tools to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain product consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers and designers to ensure high-quality product imagery.
- Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to improve visual presentation.
- Assist with daily/weekly trade reporting.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
