We offer fresh, locally sourced, seasonal and innovative menus that we are proud to serve and as such are looking for Support Chefs to come and join our Kitchen Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head Chef: Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring high standards and smooth operations. Prepare exceptional food, following company specs and creating specials. Oversee kitchen sections, develop and train junior staff. Control costs, manage waste, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle routine cleaning, stock management, and maintenance issues.
  • Sous Chef: Step in for senior chefs as needed, ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Prepare food to company standards and manage kitchen sections. Support and train junior staff, manage costs, and uphold hygiene and safety standards. Assist with cleaning and other essential kitchen tasks.
  • CDP (Chef de Partie): Prepare high-quality dishes according to company standards. Manage a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor costs, control waste, and maintain strict hygiene standards. Support routine cleaning and assist with various kitchen duties.

Requirements: Previous experience as a chef is required. Own transport is beneficial for shift flexibility.
