To be a successful Food & Beverage Team Leader you will need:
- Proven experience working within a Food & Beverage team; previous leadership experience is advantageous
- A passion for driving and improving standards across all food and beverage areas, with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering best‑in‑class guest experiences with warmth and personality
- Ability to lead, inspire, train, and motivate a team while maintaining high standards in a fair and consistent manner
- Lead service from the front, including taking guest orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service
- Ensure all site service standards are met and lead the team to do the same, creating a great guest experience
- Strong knowledge of serving coffee, alcohol, and wine in both bar and restaurant environments
- Responsibility for opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end‑of‑day sign‑offs
