Role Overview

We are looking to appoint a self‑motivated and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Academy. The role is to improve the social, emotional, and mental well‑being of identified vulnerable students, thereby increasing their academic outcomes.

Tasks include:

  • Working with students with special educational needs (11‑16 age group)
  • Supporting hard‑to‑reach students and addressing attendance challenges

Requirements

  • GCSE grade 4/C+ in a range of subjects, including English and Maths.
  • Experience working with the 11‑16 age group.
